Terms and Conditions for SallyPOS Black November 2024

Effective Date: November 1, 2024

 

1. Eligibility

      1.1 These offers are valid only for new sign-ups or new clients of SallyPOS.

     1.2. Existing SallyPOS clients or sites upgrading their current plans do not qualify for these offers.

     1.3. Existing SallyPOS clients opening new sites are eligible for these offers

     1.4. Deals must be signed and fully paid between November 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, to qualify.

 

2. Implementation and Go-Live Date

     2.1. Sites must go live by December 31, 2024, to fully benefit the discounted rates.

    2.2. If a site goes live after December 31, 2024, the discount will apply only for the remaining months in the offer period, ending no later than December 31, 2025. 

           For example, if the site goes live on March 1, 2025, the discount will be valid for 10 months, ending on December 31, 2025.

 

3. Duration of Discount

     3.1. Special pricing is valid for 12 calendar months or until December 31, 2025, whichever comes first.

     3.2. The discounted rate applies only to the first device for Tier 1.

 

4. Pricing and Fees

     4.1. Tier 1 (1 Device)

             – Monthly License Fee: R795 excl. VAT

             – Includes free installation, free menu capture, and 2 hours of free training.

             – Standard fee for 1 License : R995 excl. VAT

 

     4.2. Tier 2 (2-3 Devices)

             – Monthly License Fees: Standard rates apply (2 devices: R1245 excl VAT; 3 devices: R1395 exc. VAT)

             – Includes free installation, free menu capture, and 2 hours of free training.

     4.3. Tier 3 (4 or More Devices)

             – Monthly License Fees: Standard rates apply.

             – Includes standard implementation and 2 hours of free training.

     4.4. Discounts on implementation fees apply only to Tier 2.

     4.5. No discounts are available for hardware costs or add-on products (e.g., Opsimize, Xero, AddPay/RetailAssist).

 

5. Payment Terms

     5.1. No payment plans or payment arrangements are available under these offers.

     5.2. Full fees apply to all add-on products and additional services.

 

6. General Conditions

     6.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the company.

    6.2. The company reserves the right to terminate or modify these offers at any time without prior notice.

    6.3. By participating in these offers, the client agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
